HANDS Nepal

Human & National Development Society (HANDS) Nepal is a social, non-governmental, non-political, non-profit, and multi-disciplinary organization founded in 2001 and registered with the District Administration Office (DAO), Sindhuli, and affiliated with the Social Welfare Council (SWC), Kathmandu since 2004. For over 26 years, HANDS Nepal has built a track record as a trusted implementing partner for national and international development actors, delivering integrated programmes across governance, education, health, WASH, child protection, livelihoods, climate resilience, and humanitarian response. Since inception, HANDS Nepal has implemented more than 42 projects, reaching over 200,000 people across thirteen districts spanning Bagmati, Madhesh, and Koshi Provinces. The organization has cumulatively managed and absorbed over NPR 520 million in donor-funded programming, sustaining an active, diversified portfolio of ongoing grants exceeding NPR 260 million at present - evidence of strong institutional, financial, and programmatic capacity to responsibly plan, deliver, and account for resources of significant scale.
