Our Strategy
  • Identify and prioritize the needs of the communities through different participatory tools and techniques like Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA), Participatory Learning and Action (PLA) and Participatory Vulnerability Analysis (PVA);
  • Organize the target beneficiaries (People from poor, backward and marginalized communities especially women, children, adults and person with disability) into groups, make alliance and build their capacities for mobilizing both natural and human resources and maximizing the development endeavors;
  • Make the programmes socially inclusive through advocacy and campaigns with equality of opportunity;
  • Involve the community in all stages of project cycle;
  • Maintain political neutrality through adopting the principle ‘Do No Harm’;
  • Disseminate the findings, knowledge and experiences gained during the implementation of development programmes through media mobilization;
  • Learn from the experiences gained by successful programmes and build the future programmes on the basis of lessons learnt;
  • Reformation of public health service promotes a high value of health system of care and implementation of culture of continuous of health improvement;
  • Support to youths for conduction of awareness program and ensure their involvement in planning and management of natural resources; and,
  • Lobby with community and establish network and alliance formation.
  • Collaboration along with local government and stakeholders, the Nepal Government Project is implementing on collaboration with HEIFER and Marin Rural Municipality. As well as WASH Plan and child, protection is developing on collaboration with local government i.e., Tinpatan Rural Municipality, Sunkoshi Rural Municipality, Marin Rural Municipality, Kamalamai Municipality and Dudhauli Municipality.

Our Achievements
  • Recognized as a pioneer organization in Sindhuli district by provincial and local government authorities;
  • Established HANDS polyclinic in Dudhauli Municipality to promote health service and sanitation with the cooperation of expertise medical team and equipped infrastructure assuring the public health and safety since 2008;
  • Contributed significantly to eliminate illiteracy in Sindhuli along with declaration of free and basic education in many then VDCs of Sindhuli;
  • Promoted gender transformative inclusive education pedagogy and approaches, early learning and reading in more than 60 schools in 5 palikas of Sindhuli;
  • Supported more than 1,500 indigenous, Dalit and backward people with on-farm and off farm income generation activities;
  • Constructed 3 water supply schemes and 1000 plus toilets to ensure provision of safe drinking water and sanitation facilities for people in Sindhuli.
  • Technical and Financial Assistance to Dudhauli VDC, Hatpate VDC and Ladavir VDC of Sindhuli district for Open Defecation Free (ODF) campaign and declaration ODF of these VDCs.
  • Contributed for increased resiliency of the community to recover from COVID-19 pandemic effects through COVID-19 vaccination campaigning, awareness raising, PPE and logistics support to health facilities.
  • Technical and Financial Assistance to Dudhauli Municipality, Kamalamai Municipality, Sunkoshi Rural Municipality, Marin Rural Municipality and Tinpatan Rural municipality for preparing Municipal WASH Plan using NWASH Application/MIS prepared by Ministry of Water Supply, Nepal.

The total sanitation/ post Open Defecation Free campaign is implementing through WASH SDG project and declaring  clean and hygiene community of different community in Sindhuli
